Randy Newman Community Center

The Randy Newman Community Center and Pavilion is 4000 square feet of indoor meeting space coupled with 1200 square feet of covered outdoor pavilion.  Opened in 2018, this Center is available to rent by members of the community for nominal rates for parties, weddings, banquets and other activities.

• Exclusive use of Community Center and Grounds – 4,000 sq. feet under roof, including a 1,200 sq. ft. porch. The Center also features 2 bathrooms and a small full kitchen caterer prep area.
• Folding chairs for 150
• 15- 6’ rectangular tables
• Computer Projector and Screen
• Free Wireless Internet is provided by Bulloch Telephone Co.

  Randy Newman Community Center Rental Requirements 

  Please be advised that the following payment requirements apply to all rentals of the Randy Newman Community Center: 

  • Rental fees must be paid in full at the time the reservation is booked. 

  A key deposit must be paid when the key is picked up. 

  The key deposit is required before the facility key will be released. 

  All rental and deposit requirements must be satisfied before access to the facility is provided.
